選擇要分享發佈的view，之後點選”share view”、”create a shareable link”就會產生一個網址，讓沒有帳號密碼可以登入airtable的人也可以關看到這個版面的內容。
裡面有幾個設定可以調整：
- Allow viewers to copy data out of this view 觀看的人能否複製這個版面的資料
- Allow data in this view to be synced to other bases 允許這個版面的資料同步到其他資料庫
- Show all fields in expanded records 點擊“展開”是否可以看到所有欄位的資料(包含這個版面隱藏的欄位)
- Restrict access with a password 限制必須先輸入密碼才能觀看
- Restrict access to an email domain 限制要是某的email網域才能觀看
- < > Embed this view on your site 要嵌入這個表到我的網頁上
- Disable sharable link 取消發佈
